JM&A Group's twice-yearly Career Advancement scholarship program (“CAP”) empowers high potential women in retail automotive by providing immersive training in leadership and dealership operations. As the first program of its kind, CAP is dedicated to increasing opportunities for women in the industry.
To date, more than 50 professionals have participated in four programs, gaining the skills and knowledge needed to help advance their careers and drive success in automotive retail. Several participants have let us know that their teams began implementing techniques they learned in CAP, and some participants have received promotions which they attribute to the lessons learned with their cohort!
